about

An album in which the word 'civilization' appears in not one but two different songs, and the word 'nation' also appears in two songs. Issues and events are seen from my perspective (or my perspective on the perspectives of others). We live in unsettling times and it's easy to lose track, easier to lose perspective and easier still to lose hope. What the hell is wrong with people, as I sang a couple of albums ago.

A Montreal Paul Burlington, Vermont

A Montreal Paul writes songs that skirt the borderline between dreamy art and harsh reality. Although the first couple of albums are more on psychedelic side of alternative rock, more recent albums tend to be more on the acoustic side, although there has been some experimentation with dance beats. ... more
